Cabin Description
One side of duplex
This beautiful new cabin will be perfect for your next stay in Highlandville! When you walk in the door you will find a bathroom with shower and air jet bathtub for that relaxation you’ve been craving. Next you will see the large living area with a reclining couch, love seat, and swivel chair. Enjoy the big screen TV, where you can watch satellite TV, or use your account to watch Netflix or another streaming channel.
Enjoy the full kitchen with dishwasher, electric flat top stove, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. We have everything you might need included in the kitchen for your cooking and baking needs during your stay.
Off the kitchen is a private bedroom with an Amish made queen log bed and a log dresser. The loft provides more sleeping space with a full size log bed and 2 twin beds, a day bed with a trundle, so 4 twin beds total. There is also a small smart TV mounted in the loft by the day bed.
You will love the walkout basement with the shuffle board table and living area with reclining couch and recliner! Another big screen TV can be found here with the same options as the upper level. You will also find one more private bedroom with a queen bed, and a rollaway twin bed.
The bathroom in the basement has a large walk-in shower. Walk out the doors onto a cement patio and engulf the great outdoors.
Rent only the North Bear or rent both the North and South Bear. Please be sure and specify when you reserve.

Summer Rates: April – December
Based on 8 Adults
**2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY**
- Weekdays: $431.20 per night
- Weekend night (Friday night or Saturday night): $470.40 **(We will only honor a one night weekend stay if it’s the only night available or it’s a last minute booking for a weekend that isn’t booked)**
- Weekend Stay: $896 for both Fri and Sat nights
- 7 Night or More Stay: $397.60 per night

Winter Rates: January – March

- Weekdays: $403.20 per night
- Weekend Night: $431.20 per weekend night (Fri or Sat night)

2 Night Minimum Stay on Weekends
Add on an extra $30 per night for an extra adult. Children under 18 stay for free.
