Booking Policies

Our availability calendar is updated regularly, but is subject to change. Please call if there are specific dates you want and they are marked as booked. We may be able to accommodate you due a cancellation or other possibilities.

You will be asked for a NONREFUNDABLE $50 per night of stay deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your balance due at check in. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until a deposit is made.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel before 14 days prior to your stay, you may use your deposit towards another stay with us. This stay must be booked within 30 days of your cancellation. After 30 days, you will lose your deposit. You may rebook ONE TIME. If you cancel a second time, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days or less prior to your stay, you will lose your deposit. NO SHOWS will be charged half of your stay.

Smoking & Pets

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If this policy is broken, you will be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee.

Unless noted on the individual cabin, there are NO PETS. If this policy is broken, you will be charged an extra $150 cleaning fee.
